We are very proud to be honored not only for our "Excellent Bavarian Cuisine" award, but now also for our "Excellent Beer Culture".
We have succeeded in this thanks to our in-house beer, our detailed expertise and our enormous passion for Bavarian beer and brewing culture, which we live and love here at Ayinger in der Au every day.

The Ayinger Inn in der Au is a genuine Munich inn and as such the preservation of a living Bavarian food culture according to traditional values is of course particularly close to our hearts.
How do we achieve this? With a cosy, rustic atmosphere, original recipes from the Free State and the much-quoted Bavarian hospitality.
DEHOGA Bayern, in cooperation with the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry and the Bavarian Tourist Classification Society, awarded us three diamonds for "Excellent Bavarian Cuisine" at the highest level in 2022.
