Theme weeks in the AYINGER WIRTSHÄUSERN from 01st to 15th September

Our game comes from Unterammergau, about 100 kilometres south of Munich, where we have leased a hunting ground. At the age of at least 2 years the game is shot; afterwards the meat comes directly into the AYINGER WIRTSHÄUSER. We thus guarantee you the best quality and special enjoyment from the region.
